Marana Global Participated in Needs Assessment for Offshore Technology Institute

Offshore Technology Institute in University of Port Harcourt recently secured partnership with the UK Department for International Development (DfID) to commence a Master Degree in Energy Access and Renewable Energy as part of sustainability strategies for Nigeria. The university is the only school selected in West Africa for this programme, and the second in Africa. Addressing the panel on December 12, 2019, the programme Team Lead, Dr. Ruona Diemudeke explained that among other things, the partnership seeks to empower Nigeria's economy by solving the energy challenges through research and development in wind, solar and other clean energy alternatives.

It was a moment worth sharing after Marana Global delivered the safety induction, delegates discussed and shared experiences in view of designing a course curriculum that will meet both academic and industry expectations.

As a professional organization, our company is constantly engaging with other stakeholders from industries, academic, media and so on in a collaborative effort for safer Nigeria.
