Description

The hazards and effects management process (HEMP) is the heart of HSE management systems in an organisation.

It is developed to provide a structured approach to the analysis of hazards throughout the life cycle of an installation. The HEMP process within an HSE-MS involves the identification of hazards and effects, assessment of the associated risks and the specification of the control and recovery measures which must be in place and maintained in place.

Participants in this course will be able to use the IACR process of HEMP to effectively manage risks associated with operations in their organisations.
