Unsafe Act Auditing

This course is designed for engineers, supervisors and workers in hazardous operations.

Many accident theories agree that nearly 98% of all incidents have a factor of human errors, which are generally unsafe acts. It means that people management at work, and building a safe team where all workers are deliberate at accident prevention is key. This will start with a conscious effort to audit the work process and make vital observations regarding unsafe acts and conditions.

Participants will gain the ability to make meaningful observations of unsafe acts and be able to prevent undesired events at work.

The training is completed in one day on regular classes. Distance Learning will take more days to complete.
